Diaphragm Gas Pump for Class B Autoclaves
Many indications in hospitals and in emergency medicine require both a reliable adjustable suction output and a specific vacuum performance. A diaphragm gas pump is a key component of medical devices used in such situations.
The new KNF N 936.3 impresses with its steadily high flow rates, especially at pressures of below 500 mbar abs. The .3 version comes with two pump heads and two stages in series.
Fast Condensate Removal
The pump head components are designed so that accumulating condensate does not impair the operation. And the diaphragm material is highly resistant to the substances found in oils used to maintain medical instruments being sterilized. Therefore, N 936.3 is able to efficiently discharge condensate and prevents corrosion from developing.
Easy Integration
Two multiple voltage motors cover all voltages used around the world, thereby significantly reducing the number of variants and the corresponding effort required on the part of the autoclave manufacturer.
Thanks to its small size and the universal connection scheme, the pump can be integrated without requiring changes to existing designs.
